Ingredients

Oven Parmesan Chips
Yields 6 servings
4 Medium potatoes
1/4 cup Butter
1 tablespoon Grated onion
Salt and pepper
Dash paprika
2 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Oven Parmesan Chips

Yields 6 servings


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut washed, unpeeled

potatoes into 1/8 inch thick slices and place in a

single layer on lightly buttered baking sheets. Melt

butter in a small saucepan and add onion, salt and

pepper to taste, and paprika. Brush butter mixture on

the potatoes and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until

potatoes are crisp and golden. Sprinkle with parmesan

cheese and serve at once.

Cook's Notes

I like a little creole seasoning or season salt on these as well.
