Ingredients

To make 4 rolls the following will be needed:
2 sheets Nori (seaweed)
1/3 A small Cucumber
1 Small Avacado or half of a large
1/4 A red Capsican
A handful of alfalfa sprouts

Preparation

Cut cucumber into matchsticks and deseed. Slice capsican the same way and the Avacardo into strips.

Place down the nori sheet onto a flat surface (or use a bamboo mat). Dampen the sheet with water by dabbing your fingertips across the nori. (not too much cause it may disolve).

Place the alfalfa sprouts across the bottom half of the sheet and leave a inch space.

Arrange the other ingredients neatly on top of the alfalfa. Carefully roll. Make sure all the ingredients stay firmly tight as you roll it.

Dab your fingers in water to create a seal.

Done! Enjoy :)
