Ingredients
1 t Oil
1 lb Chicken (sliced)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 cups Fresh broccoli
4 Sliced carrots
1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Walnut pieces
1 10 oz Container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
2 t Chopped fresh basil
Preparation
Heat oil in 12 inch skillet or dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook 4-5 mins. or until browned, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables and water; cook 5-7 mins. or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook 2-3 mins. or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
