This is a good cold weather dinner or can be doubled (for groups up to 8)for sports or cocktail parties. Can be made before leaving for work in the morning. Great leftover also.
1/2 pkg( 25-oz) frozen cheese-filled ravioli
2 cups Frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry
1 jar( 26-oz) chunky spaghetti sauce
8 oz Smoked sausage,sliced
1 oz (1/4 cp) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine all ingrediants except Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Cover; cook on low setting for 5-6 hours.
Sprinkle individual servings with cheese and serve.
Can be added : Green, Greek and/or black olives onion, sliced Italian herb seasonings Jalepeno pepper (1-2 suggested) Fresh herbs (oregano, basil, etc) Pimento Salt/pepper to taste Green, red, or orange peppers
