Ravioli w/Sausage and Peppers

This is a good cold weather dinner or can be doubled (for groups up to 8)for sports or cocktail parties. Can be made before leaving for work in the morning. Great leftover also.

Ingredients

1/2 pkg( 25-oz) frozen cheese-filled ravioli

2 cups Frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry

1 jar( 26-oz) chunky spaghetti sauce

8 oz Smoked sausage,sliced

1 oz (1/4 cp) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Preparation

In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine all ingrediants except Parmesan cheese; mix well.

Cover; cook on low setting for 5-6 hours.

Sprinkle individual servings with cheese and serve.

Cook's Notes

Can be added :
Green, Greek and/or black olives
onion, sliced
Italian herb seasonings
Jalepeno pepper (1-2 suggested)
Fresh herbs (oregano, basil, etc)
Pimento
Salt/pepper to taste
Green, red, or orange peppers
