1 lb. Spaghetti
1 lb Ground beef, steak, or chicken (cut up)
Broccoli (snow peas would be good too)
Onions
Mushrooms
1 1/2 cups Chicken broth
1/2 cup Soy sauce
2 t. Cornstarch
3-4 cloves Minced garlic
Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Cook pasta according to box directions. Combine broth, soysauce, cornstarch, and garlic and set to the side. Meanwhile in a large skillet or wok, cook your meat. Use a little vegetable or sesame oil if you use steak or chicken. Remove meat once cooked, add in a bit more oil, and then add in onions and broccoli. Cook until starting to soften. Pour in broth/soy sauce mixture and the mushrooms and allow to simmer until sauce starts to thicken and the broccoli is cooked, but still crisp. In a separate bowl, toss whole mixture with pasta and serve
