Ingredients
2/3 cup Steel cut oats
1/2 cup Wheat, cracked
1/2 cup Bulgur wheat
1/2 cup Barley, pearled
1/2 cup Wheat berries
1/4 cup Corn meal
2 tbs Flax seed
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
12 cups Water
Preparation
Directions
Add ingredients to crock pot, cover, set on low and cook overnight for 8 hours.

Can add chopped apples, prunes, raisins, etc.
