Ingredients

1/2 cup Low-sodium chicken broth

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon Ground black pepper

4 Medium baking potatoes, scrubbed, dried, and cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch-by- 1/4-inch-thick spears

Vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.


In a large bowl, combine broth with garlic powder and black pepper. Add potato spears and toss to coat well.


Spray a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Arrange potatoes in a single layer, and bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning frequently, until crisp-tender.
