Ingredients

2 cans 6 OZ ALBACORE TUNA, PACKED IN WATER AND DRAINED
2 MEDIU TOMATOES, SEEDED AND DICED
1 cup DICED CUCUMBER
3/4 cup SLICED RED ONION
3/4 lb FRESH GREEN BEANS, BLANCHED AND CUT INTO 1 1/2" PIECES
11/2 cup DICED CELERY
1/4 cup SLICED OR CHOPPED BLACK OLIVES
3 HARD COOKED EGGS CHOPPED
3/4 cup HIDDEN VALLEY ORGANI ORIGINAL RANCH DRESSING
4 cups SHREDDED LETTUCE

Preparation

IN A LARGE BOWL, ADD TUNA, TOMATOES, CUCUMBER, ONION, GREEN BEANS, CELERY, OLIVES, EGGS AND ENOUGH OF THE DRESSING TO COAT WELL.

CHILL COVERED FOR 1 HOUR.

ARRANGE LETTUCE ON DISHES AND TOP WITH TUNA MIXTURE. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
