2 Medium sweet potatoes

Preparation

Oven Method - Preheat oven to 400F. Prick potatoes a few times with a fork. Plave on baking sheet and bake 50 - 60 minutes or until soft.


Microwave Method - Prick potates twice with a fork. Plave side by side on a paper towel in center of the microwave oven. Cook on high 5 - 8 minutes or unitl soft.

The skin of sweet potatoes contain many nutrients and fiber and should be left on and eaten whenever possible
