The untimate simplest comfort food.
2 lb. Chicken
2 t. Olive oil
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. Roasted red peppers
2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. Cooked spaghetti
In a large skillet cook chicken in oil until done. Add soup, tomatoes, and red peppers. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti and mix well. Pour into a large casserole pan and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
