Ingredients

3-4 Chicken breasts, cut into strips
Jamican jerk spice (Red Pepper)
Olive oil
Large Portobello mushrooms, sliced and sauted
1/2 to 1/3 cup Marsala wine (dry)
Green Mill's Garlic Cream (2) (you have to purchase at Green Mill)
2 Boxes Penne noodles, cooked

Preparation

Cook chicken with spice sprinkled over it in olive oil. Set aside.

Cook mushrooms. Put chicken back in. Get pan very hot.

Add wine, garlic cream, and penne noodles. Toss.
