| 2 pouches (1 cup | Each) frozen Boca Meatless Ground Burger |
| 3/4 cup | Salsa |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| 6 | Corn tortillas, warmed |
| 2 tablespoons | Shredded non-fat cheddar cheese |
| | Toppings, such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and onion (optional) |
1. Mix ground burger, salsa and seasonings in nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
2. Spoon ground burger mixture evenly onto tortillas; fold over. Top with cheese and desired toppings.
Variation: Omit chili powder and cumin. Prepare as directed, using medium or hot salsa.
Special Extra: Prepare as directed. Serve topped with fat free sour cream.
