2 cans (6 OZ EACH) ALBACORE TUNA, PACKED IN WATER, DRAINED
2 MEDIUM TOMATOES, SEEDED AND DICED
1 cup DICED CUCUMBER
3/4 cup SLICED RED ONION
3/4 pound FRESH GREEN BEANS BLANCED AND CUT IN 1 1/2 INCH PIECES
1/2 cup DICED CELERY
1/4 cup SLICED OR CHOPPED BLACK OLIVES
3 HARD COOKED EGGS, CHOPPED
3/4 cup HIDDEN VALLEY ORGANIC ORIGINAL RANCH DRESSING
4 cups LETTUCE
Preparation
IN A LARGE BOWL, ADD THE TUNA, TOMATOES, CUCUMBER, ONION, GREEN BEANS, CELERY, OLIVES, EGGS AND ENOUGH OF THE DRESSING TO COAT WELL.
COVER AND CHILL FOR 1 HOUR.
ARRANGE THE LETTUCE ON A PLATTER OR SERVING DISHES. SERVE THE SALAD ON TOP OF LETTUCE AND SEASONED FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER.
