1/2 c. Reduced-calorie mayonaise
1+ t. Fresh lemon juice
Drops of yellow food coloring
Blend hot water with mayonnaise, stirring frequently until heated either in double boiler or in micrwave on low power.
Add lemon juice and food coloring.
