Sounds yummy! Should I peal the peaches?

Thank goodness a friend of mine made this or I might never have tried it on my own. It is one of the best salads I've ever had and is mandatory in late summer at our house when peaches and tomatoes are at their best. I never would have thought of this combination but it's amazingly good.
