Dressing
1. Place 1 cup mango in food processor; process until finely chopped. Add lime juice, olive oil and coriander. Add Herbamare. Process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once.
Salad
2. Combine one cup mango, greens and apricots in large bowl. Divide salad into four serving dishes and sprinkle with nuts.
3. Serve chilled with lace of dressing on top.
