Ingredients
6 Ears of corn in husks
3 tbsp Butter, melted
1.5 tbsp. Chopped fresh oregano OR 1.5 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 tsp. Ground pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
String (for tying husks)
Preparation
1. Peel back husks, exposing corn and leaving husks attached. Remove and discard silks. Soak corn and husks in cold water 5 min. Remove corn from water, drain and pat with paper towel.
2. Combine butter and remaining 3 ingredients; stir well. Brush evenly over corn, using all of mixture. Return husks to original position and tie tips with string.
3. Grill corn, covered, over medium-hot coals 15 min. or until tender, turning occasionally.
