Ingredients

1 bag 16 oz Coleslaw mix
1 bottle Oyster Sauce
1 Teapsoon Soy Sauce
Ground turkey Optional
Cooking spray
1 package Egg Roll Wrappers

Preparation

Cook turkey (optional) put to side

Cook cabage until it starts to get soft add Oyster sauce and soy sauce to taste, and meat.

Cook until cabbage is soft

Fill Egg Roll Wrappers (roll according to insturction on package)

Coat each egg roll with cooking spray

Bake each side until golden brown
