Ingredients

3 Large ripe tomatoes
1 t Balsamic vinegar, use enough to slightly cover tomatoes
1/2 t Olive oil
1 tsp Garlic salt

Preparation

Slice tomatoes. Place tomatoes on a plate and cover with balsamic vinegar and oil. Sprinkle garlic salt over tomatoes. Enjoy!

These are fabulous! I often build on the idea and add sliced red onion, cucumbers, peppers. I love balsamic vinegar!

great chilled. Also, pop in microwave for 30 secs. great warmed topped with low fat cheese.
