Ingredients
1 lbs. Ground pork sausage
1 can Cresent rolls
1 pkg Country gravy mix
8-10 eg Gs, scrambled
2 cups Shedded colby/jack cheese
1/4 cup Diced tomatoes
1/4 cup Diced green onions
1 Egg white lightly beaten
Preparation
Press cresent roll dough into casserole dish. Brush with egg white, and bake accoding to directions. (Don't over bake). Brown and drain pork sausage. Prepare country gravy according to package directions.
Spread gravy in casserole dish on ccresent roll crust(may not need all of it). Add pork sausage, then eggs. sprinkle cheese all over top adn lastly garnish with green onions and tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
