Ingredients

1 Flour Tortilla (7" Diameter)
1 scrambled egg
1/4 cup Onion
1/3 cup Black beans
1 tbsp Sour Cream
1/4 cup Cheese (to liking)
2 tbsp Salsa

Preparation

Scramble your egg in a pan.

Add onions to taste.

Add cheese to taste.

Prepare your flour tortilla by adding sour cream and Black beans.

Add your egg mixture to the tortilla and wrap like a burrito.
