Coffee Frappe

This drink is perfect for coffee lovers when it is too hot to enjoy a warm beverage.

Ingredients

18 -22 ice cubes, crushed

7 Fluid ounces double-strength coffee, chilled

1/4 cup Chocolate sauce

2 tablespoons Vanilla, almond, mint or other syrup

Whipped cream or ice cream for garnish

Preparation

Place the ice, coffee, sugar and syrup in a blender. Blend until the frappe is smooth. Pour into a large, tall glass. Garnish with a dallop of whipped cream or a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

Recipe makes one 16-ounce frappe
