| 2 cups | Grated carrots |
| 2 | Apples, grated |
| 1 | Small can crushed pineapple, drained |
| 2/3 cup | Raisins |
| 1/2 cup | Slivered almonds |
| | Dressing: |
| 8 oz. | Lemon yogurt |
| 1/4 cup | Mayonaise |
| 1 tbsp | Honey |
Mix the salad ingredients together and chill. Just before serving, toss with the dressing.
Mix dressing together in a small bowl and chill before tossing on salad.
