Ingredients
1 Fryer chicken, cut into pieces with skin removed (OR 4-6 skinless, boneless breasts)
3/4 cup Cornflake crumbs
2 tsp Italian seasoning, divided
1/3 cup Nonfat milk
1 Lemon
Preparation
Mix crumbs and 1 1/2 tsp seasoning, place in pan. Dip chicken in milk, then in crumbs. Arrange in pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken, sprinkle with remaining herbs.
Bake for 45 min-1 hour at 400 degrees. (30-45 minutes for breasts)
