Ingredients
1 cup Real butter
1/2 cup Vegetable shortening
5 Eggs
2 cups Granulated sugar
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 Tbls. lemon extract
7 oz. 7-Up® soda (a little less than a cup)
Preparation
-Cream butter and shortening together.
-Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
-Sift flour and sugar together and beat into wet mixture.
-Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up®.
-Pour into greased and floured bundt pan, you may use cooking spray.
-Bake in a 350 degree oven for 90 minutes.
