| 3 tbsp | Water |
| 1 tbsp | Cinnamon & sugar mixture |
| 1 cup | Light vanilla yogurt |
| 1/4 cup | Crushed whole grain ready to eat cereal |
Pare, core, and dice apple then in nonstick skillet combine apple, water, cinnamon and sugar; cook until apple is soft. Cool. Alternating layers, spoon apple mixture, yogurt, and cereal into glass bowl.
