Ingredients

1 cup Fat free egg substitute -or-
4 Eggs, beaten (adds 2 points per person to the meal)
2 cup Chopped vegetables of your choice (bell peppers, grated carrot, etc)-
8 tbsp Shredded low-fat cheddar cheese;
4 Slice toasted reduced-calorie bread
4 tsp Reduced-calorie margarine

Preparation

Combine egg substitute, chopped vegetables, cheese; cook in nonstick pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Serve with 1 slice toasted reduced-calorie bread with 1 tsp reduced-calorie margarine per person.
