Quick pizza dough recipe for a 2lb breadmaker.

Ingredients
1 + 1/4 cups Water
1 + 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
3 + 3/4 cups Bread flour
1 + 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 + 1/2 tsp Salt
1 + 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
Preparation
Add ingredients in the baking pan in the order listed, and prepare dough using the Dough cycle.
When breakmaker is done, remove dough, divide into 4 pieces, cover and let sit for 20 mins.
Roll each piece into a 12 inch circle and prick with fork all over.
Cook's Notes
The dough can be frozen or used immediately. Good for thin crust pizzas.
