Can make ahead & freeze.

Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef

1 Packet onion soup mix

1 can Cream of mushroom soup

16 oz Bag mixed vegetables

12 oz Cheddar cheese

Tatertots

Preparation

Grease pan with nonstick spray. Brown hamburger with onion soup mix. Put meat into dish; add layer of cheese; then frozen vegetables, seasonings, soup, then layer of cheese. Top with tatertots (or frozen hashbrowns). Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
