A healthy smoothie made from silken tofu, yogurt, and berries
6 oz Silken tofu-lite
1 cup Fat-free yogurt(plain or berry flavoured)
1/2 cup Fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries
COmbine the tofu, yogurt, and berries in a blender, process until smooth. pour into 4 glasses and serve
