2 Chopped and frozen bananas
2 tbl Peanut butter
2 oz Silken tofu-lite
2 tbl Chocolate syrup
2.5 cups Skim milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve!
