Simple tasty snack or breakfast
1 tbl Ground flaxseed
1/2 cup Strawberries, halved
1/2 cup Low-fat granola
1/2 cup Skim milk
Place the flaxseed, berries, & granola in a small bowl, pour milk over and serve!
