Ingredients

6 To 8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
16 oz Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce Takumi Collection
Two (2) 12 - 16 oz packages of your favorite stir-fry frozen veggies.
3 tbsp Seasoned Wok oil or Canola oil (peanut oil if you wish to spare the expense and don't have to consider food alergies it can handle more heat without scortching)
11/2 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Powdered ginger
1/8 cup Soy sauce
Wok utensils very important

Preparation

Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubes. Heat oil in Wok or Skillet on high heat until a single drop of water pops when it hits the oil. Add chicken to oil and toss vigorously with Wok utensils for 1 minute, quickly sprinke powdered seasoning over chicken and continue tossing until no pink shows. Add 1/8 cup Soy sauce and toss for an additional one to two minutes. Break up frozen veggies, and add to chicken. Tossing frequently to prevent sticking or burning*. Add 16 oz Kikkoman teriyaki sauce, bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Can be served over rice or noodles.

Cook's Notes

*Some electric ranges do not get hot enough to evaporate all the liquid and draining the excess in a large collander or bowl with paper towels may be necessary before continuing. I use the powdered seasoning because many kids and some adults don't like the textures of cooked onions, garlic cloves, and ginger root slices. I have no nutritional information at this time. I believe it is important to eat moderate portions regardless of what exactly your eating. You can over indulge on rice cakes if you don't exercise portion control.
