Creole Spinach & Crab Cakes

Ingredients

1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1-2/3 cups Hot water

1 tsp. Lemon juice

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach , thawed, drained and patted dry

1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat , drained, flaked

3 Egg s

1 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp. Ground red pepper (BAM!)

2 tbsp. Butter or margarine

Preparation

Mix stuffing mix, hot water and lemon juice in large bowl.


Stir in remaining ingredients except butter. Shape into patties, using about 1/4 cup crabmeat mixture.


Cook patties in butter in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until browned and thoroughly heated. Serve with MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing or KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise, if desired.
