2 cups Steamed broccoli
1 10 oz Can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 tsp Each garlic powder and dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Scrub potatoes, pierce with a fork, and bake 50 min. in a 375 degree oven (or microwave 20 min. or until done). Allow potatoes to cool enough for you to handle, and remove an oval shaped piece from top of each potato. Scoop out to a 1/8 inch thickness into a medium bowl. Mash potatoes with fork to break up big lumps, and combine with remaining ingredients. Stuff mixture into potato shells and return to oven or microwave to heat through, (15 min. in oven or 5 min. in microwave). Serve.
