Ingredients

1 pint Orange sherbet (keep frozen until just before serving)
1 pint Lemon sherbet (keep frozen until just before serving)
1 tbsp Light corn syrup
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 can (32 oz) chilled apricot nectar
1 quart Very cold milk
2 cans (12 oz each) chilled ginger ale

Preparation

1. Measure corn syrup and lemon juice into pitcher. Stir to combine. Stir in apricot nectar and milk.

2. Using ice cream scoop, portion the orange and lemon sherbet into punch bowl.

3. Just before serving, add ginger ale to ingredients in pitcher. Stir only once or twice. Pour contents of pitcher over sherbet in punch bowl. Stir only lightly.

4. Garnish with orange slices


Makes 12 10-oz. servings
