my family enjoys shrimp lo mein. this reciepe is really good.

Ingredients

4 tbl. Peanut oil
1-1/2lb Shrimp
2 Celery,shredded
1 Up cabbage
1 Green onion minced
2tsp. Cornstarch
1/2lb Spaghetti or chinese noodles
1 tbl. Soy sauce
1/2tsp. Salt

Preparation

cook spaghetti as directed,drain,rinse in cold water,add a few drops oil and mix to keep from sticking.set a side.

mix shrimp ginger,scallion,cornstarch,sugar,soy sauce set a side to marinate.

heat wok to smoking add 2 tbls. oilsti fry meat mixture,do not over cook reseve.

add 2 tbls.oil,heat,stir fry carrots and canbbage 2 mins.add spaghetti,stir well and cook a few minutes,add meat mixture,1 tbs soy sauce and salt.stir a minute to heat and serve

We made this and the kids liked the noodles. The only problem was, the ingredients listed above do not match the instructions. Celery is listed above, but the instructions don't mention celery. Vice versa - the instrucions mention ginger, sugar and carrots, but these are not on the ingredients list.
