Italian Meat Loaves

This is a twist to your typical meat loaf. I make Farm House Pasta Parmesan, salad and rolls to go along with the meat loaves.

Ingredients

2 Eggs, beaten

1/4 cup Cracker or bread crumbs

1/2 cup Milk

1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Finely chopped onion

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Garlic salt

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 pounds Ground pork

1/4 cup Ketchup

Preparation

In a large bowl combine, eggs, crumbs, milk, parmesan cheese, onion, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning. Add pork and mix well. Shape into 6-8 individual loaves. Spread top of loaves with ketchup, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and italian seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until no pink remains.
