A "To Go" breakfast in a glass!
1 cup Low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup Orange or apple juice
1 Medium banana, ripe
1 cup Frozen strawberries
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Yields 3 - 1 cup servings
