A great side dish of potatoes, vegetables, and cheese
1 Russett potato
1/3 cup Broccoli, steamed
1/3 cup Carrots, steamed
1/3 cup Cauliflower, steamed
1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
1. Cook potato in microwave until done, about 10 minutes.
2. Split potato and cover with steamed vegetables.
3. Cover potato/vegetables with grated cheese and return to microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese is melted.
Cheese sauce or your favorite salad dressing may be used in place of grated cheese.
