| 1 quart | Drained nonfat cottage cheese |
| 1/2 cup | Grated sharp cheddar cheese |
| 6 t. | Flour |
| 6 | Eggs |
| opt: 1/3 cup | Finely diced turkey ham |
| opt: 1/3 cup | Finely diced green bell pepper |
| opt: 1/3 cup | Finely diced red bell pepper |
1. In a baggie, toss flour and cheese together until cheese is well coated.
2. Stir cottage cheese, cheese, and eggs together. Add optional items.
3. Pour into a 9" x 13" glass baking dish sprayed with 'Pam.'
4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
5. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
