Chinese Chicken Salad

Good salad with quick ingredients.

Ingredients

1 Head of cabbage, shredded

2 cups Diced chicken or 2 cans premium white chicken

3 Green onions, chopped

2 bags (4 oz.) sliced almonds (Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes)

2 packages Chicken Top Ramon (remove seasoning mix)

Dressing:

1 cup Oil

2 packages Top Ramon seasoning mix

2 tbsp. Sugar

6 tbsp. Vinegar

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Accent

2 packages Top Ramon seasoning

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, chicken onions. Break apart the Top Ramon noodles into the bowl. After almonds have cooled slightly add to bowl.


In a separate bowl, mix together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing into mixing bowl, stirring until all ingredients are coated. Refrigerate.

Cook's Notes

To make things easier, buy cabbage in pre-shredded packages.

This is Great....instead of Vinegar I used 4 tsp of Sesame Oil and a few shakes of Soy Sauce and it made it really Wonderful.....I agree the next day was Fabulous!!!

This salad was fabulous! I hate cooking, but this salad was very quick and easy to make and it tastes SO good!! Thank you for this recipe, it is the best and one of my favorites!!

This is the BEST tasting recipe for chinese chicken salad. And sooooooooo easy to prepare. You will truly enjoy it. NOTE: Its even better the next day!!
