Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

1 Head of Brocoli- cut into bite size pieces
1 Head of Cauilflower- cut into bite size pieces
1 Lg. Red Onion- diced
8 ozs. Fresh mushrooms- sliced
1 bottle Lite zesty Italian Dressing

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a big bowl with a lid. Seal lid and shake. Best when made at least one day in advance for the dressing to marinate vegetables.
