Ingredients

1 can Whole kernel corn, drained

1 can Cream of corn

1 cup Crushed saltines

1 Egg

Pepper to tatse.

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Bake in a greased baking dish at 350 for 1 hour.

Add 1/2 cup each of diced onion and green pepper. Saute in microwave 2 minutes on high before adding to batch. Subsitute plain bread crumbs for saltines for lower sodium. A touch of celery seed adds the final touch.
