The name says it all
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 stick Butter or margarine
1 tbs. Flour
2 cups Milk
4-5 Medium potatoes, sliced and partially cooked
1 Onion, diced
Melt butter and add flour to make a paste (roux). Add milk and cheese, heat till cheese is melted. Add potatoes and onions. Place in a greased baking dish. Cook at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
