My husband likes alfredo sauce and pasta and I couldn't find a recipe so I did a little experimenting and came up with this delicious sauce.

Ingredients
1 stick Butter or margarine
2-3 tbs. Flour
1 cup Chicken broth
2 cups Milk
1 tbs. Parsley flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese (grated)
Preparation
Cook butter till melted add flour (roux) stir till a paste has formed. Add broth and milk stir to thicken. Add seasonings and cheese stir till cheese is mixed in about 15 minutes. Serve over your favorite pasta.
