# 1 apple
# 1 banana
# 1 strawberry
# 1 carton vanilla yogurt
# 3/4 cup Milk
# 1 tablespoon Sugar, optional

Preparation

Cut up apple, banana and strawberry then place it into a blender. Scoop yogurt into blender with milk. Add sugar, if desired.
