substitute Cream of Wheat for the cornmeal required and cut calories even more; the attendant texture is wonderful

Actually, if you add up all of the calories of the ingredients, it comes to 1200. If you divide it into 8 pieces - 150 calories each (or three weightwaters points). 12 pieces is 100 calories each (2 points). Hope this helps.

This recipe is a keeper for me. The corn bread is light and moist, and just tastes great. It's easy and quick to make. Thanks for sharing.

There are 10 servings at 100 calories so there are 1,000 calories total for the recipe. Divide 1,000 by 9 to equal 111.11 calories per serving for 9 servings. Anytime you want to know the calorie count for different servings take the calories for the entire dish and divide by how every many of servings.

It says more than 10 servings. I am trying to figure out the nutrient information, so how do I figure it? I would say I would cut the corn bread into 9 pieces using a 9" square pan.
