Fried Rice Balls

Really yummy, the kids like them, but it's very messy to make.

Total Preparation Time: 15 to 30 minutes
Ingredients: Rice, Pasta & Bread

Ingredients

5 c Cooked rice
2 1/2 c Tomato sauce
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
6 Eggs
3/4 lb. Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c Flour

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients except flour in a bowl and mix.

2. Patiently form rice into balls and roll in flour.

3. Fry in a deep fryer until golden brown.

Cook's Notes

Very yummy, but not a main dish.
