Ingredients
2 cups Whole Oats
1 and 1/4 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Coconut
1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Turn out onto foil lined pan. Bake at 300 for 35 minutes, mixing after 20 minutes. Remove immediately from jelly roll pan to a sheet of foil or parchment paper. Allow to cool and keep in airtight container. Pecans can be substitued with any other type of nuts and seeds, cinnamon or other sweet spice can be added. Dried fruit can be added after cooking.
